Shipping, Payments and Exchanges

 

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are included with the listing price of our items. We ship most items directly through FED EX and USPS. If the customer requires faster delivery or an alternative shipping method, they may inquire and we may need to charge extra for any additional costs relating to the shipment. 

Currently, we are only accepting online orders within the U.S.A.  For international customers interested in placing an order, please contact michael@shopcriswellart.com to discuss options.  

 

PAYMENTS

All sales are final, but we do our best to make sure everyone is pleased with their order.  Please do not hesitate to ask questions, or for assistance.  We work hard to ensure the satisfaction of every customer!

 

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Store credit is available for customers wishing to exchange their item(s) for different products available in our store for equal or lesser value. 

For all exchanges, contact us within 14 days of the original delivery and send an email to michael@shopcriswellart.com to begin the process.  The customer must pay for any additional shipping and item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of the original delivery.  Orders for exchanged item(s) will be processed upon our receipt of the original item(s).

We do not accept returns. 

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

 

WRONG ADDRESS 

If customers provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us.  Customers will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with them.

 

UNCLAIMED ITEMS

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and customers will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Please check back with us periodically for any updates regarding our shipping policies.
